nice and easy, body feels recovered.
i did 6 and did stretching and accels while the other dudes ran
very cold outside, even with appropriate gear. i dont know if i could have run much more than 6 miles outside. boldt and i did superloops inside so 3 miles of indoor running wasnt bad.
