a lot less lung/throat burn today - sigh of relief.
again, i will emphasize leg speed issues. i am feeling very very comfortable with 30-31second pace, these workouts are very very doable, but anything faster feels more difficult than i remember.
i have chosen the mile for the alumni/intrasquad meet, i hope to run 4:25.
i agree this set of 9's went much better than last week. it was still difficult, but i felt good finishing both times and recovered fairly quickly. i also do not feel as fast as i want, judging by the 200's we did on sat., but as coach gunnar said that will come when we need it.
i am entered in the 3k this sat, and hope to not get lapped.
