Thursday 8 miles

8 mile run with 4x3:00 AT's with 3:00 rest.

Lifting session followed.

legs better but still noticeably sore and just not feeling fresh. should be good with an easy day tom.

my quads are sore, but the workout today was fairly easy. a light lifting session on thursdays will help freshen the legs for the meets.

7 workouts in 9 days (with "off" days of 10 miles or more)- you guys are really pounding right now. Imagine how your legs feel. Please be sure to take your rest as seriously as you take your workouts... When you're supposed to have and easy run or a day off take advantage and let your body rest.

You guys are going to be amazing this year.

relatively easy day. the AT's were fine. the last one was a little difficult just because we were going into the wind and we were running on a snow covered road. a little sore from lifting and the workout on tuesday. overall a fine day.
