sidewalks were kind of slippery with some new snow today; however, i think we got a decent work out in. felt fine the whole way. just slightly slower due to the slippage.
not a fan of the snow when we do outdoor workouts in it. i just dont feel we get the most out of them. but not much you can do i guess.
good quality ATs, the fartlek was a little dangerous with the fresh snow.
