Sunday 11 miles
We recieved a little snow storm in the early morning hours that was not cleaned up by the time we started the run. This forced us to run campus loops for the entire run, being the only plowed paths around. Each loop was a little over a mile, so 9 were done to make it about 11 for the day and 50 total for the week.

not a very fun run today. my calves were, and still are, very sore from yesterday. ive been icing but it hasnt really helped much, hopefully monday will be better.
i was not pleased when i woke up and found a fresh 4 inches of snow on the ground. campus loop 9 times was everything i expected it to be...boring. although the sidewalks on campus were plowed, we were still running on compacted snow the whole time and the traction was obviously sub par. i wasnt too sore from the race yesterday. right now my legs are slightly fatigued from the last two days.
i wasn't sore from the race, but i am sore from the sunday run around campus.
what an achievement - 9 loops!
