this was a fatigue i have not felt in awhile, and i spent the whole workout complaining to mouse and boldt that we were working too hard before tomorrow's workout
the boyz assured me that this is work that needs to be put in. i feel good about it, and it feels good mentally to accomplish todays workout, it was f. a. s. t.
we are very strong, there's no doubt about it after today, and if we can do tomorrow's workout with the fast 200s, i think we'll see some 154s by conference.
i was very happy about today. the speed felt very good. i do not feel like i worked too hard though. i have no doubt that we will hit the times tomorrow. there is no reason why we shouldnt be able to run hard two days in a row. thats why we take wednesday off. i was suprised how easy it felt to run a 43. i feel that the more 150's and 200's we run at a fast pace...the better.
i feel that if we do this and maintain decent mileage, we will see results shortly down the road.
