we are now taking thursdays off instead of wednesdays because of DST and general scheduling issues.
Today was the first consequence. Tri-force did 5x600 at 4:25 mile pace, around 1:41avg with about 3 minutes of rest (120bpm).
august, bauerson, and eric hill ran 6-7 miles on their own.

a different workout than we've been used to, a little faster and a little longer than anything we've done this fall. it was taxing but doable, as much as i didnt want to do another set i was able to keep doing another.
Due to exam obligations, i had to do the workout on my own today. 5X600m in 1:43, 1:41, 1:40, 1:40, 1:38. 3-4minutes of jogging in between intervals. 3 miles wu and 4 miles cd for a total of 10 miles for the day.
More strenuous than expected but at the same time, very capable of hitting times. Not too fun to do it by myself. School has been overwhelming lately. lots of late nights lately. has been very draining. things will settle soon.
Overall a successful day.
10 mile day for 29 for the week.
my legs were sore from the race. but i think i am recovering fine. I just ran 5 miles easy.
