felt haaaaaarrrrrrible when i woke up today but running always nulls the congestion and sore throat.
the workout was very fatiguing to the legs, although i felt like i had a lot of capacity left at the end, my legs were extremely, very, tired.
i felt pretty good today. the intervals did not seem to hard and i made it all the way through feeling pretty good. it is a little different to go to these short interval track workouts though.
9 miles for the day and 18 for the week so far.
I felt better than I thought i would during the workout. I made it through the whole thing which I wasn't sure I could do. 9 miles, 16 so far for the week.
