i lost track a little in the 2nd set so the times weren't as uniform. a good small workout with a full body extension of lifting and abdominal work.
torqued my back a little bit.
legs feel great
I did about half of the workout and a total of 6 miles. My legs felt good, feet were a little sore from new shoes not being broken in yet.
run went well. fartlek went well. felt good to get in the weight room again. only lifted on mondays for the past couple of weeks. i look forward to hitting the weights hard again.
