nice easy workout. did a 400m loop at the end in 66 which was good preparation for the thursday 1609 time trial

3 mile warm up and cool down for Dave and I. We did the 200s in an average of 35s. Our fastest was a 32. We took the 4:00 min set rests. Overall the workout was pretty easy. I felt good.

only did a 2 mile warmup and a 1 mile cool down due to time constraints. We are running tomorrow so that will compensate for the short day today.

The workout was fine. 31.5-33.5 on the 200's. Replaced the last two 200's with one 400. We did a slow 200m shag (1:30-1:45) between each interval. We did not take any set rests.

I did not think the work was too difficult. We might have gone faster than scheduled but I think it was fine. Basically the fastest work we have done all year. Makes me feel a little more comfortable going into Thursday.

6 miles today putting me at 14 for the week so far.
