my legs are feeling pretty good. It was a nice day to run.
was tired from the challenges of the week. i am now restored
12 miles solo is the most boring thing in the world. Had to resort to singing to keep myself from going insane.
really slow for the first six miles and a normal pace for the last six.
12 miles today and 53 for the week.
I ran for the first time an about 3.5 weeks today. 23 minutes of pain. I had not been able to do any running because I was still on the same shoes that I bought last track season in April and was afraid of hurting myself badly. Problem solved finally and it is time to get into shape again. All I kept thinking, while the pain spread through my lungs, was "I could run 1:52 in May, what the hell happened to me?" I've found a new definition of nostalgic melancholy...
