felt strong on the 2nd finnish. my stretching has developed a long a powerful stride, almost as powerful as my dear friend adam's.
the freshman haven't washed their clothes all season and it is starting to bother me.
felt strong during the workout today. finnish looks less intimidating now that we have been doing the bauer's project. times were: first finnish - 49.5, borzof - 31, second finnish 47.5. We may have run this workout too hard. it's hard not to when there are only three total loops. on the second finnish, my stride felt very powerful and i just wanted to continue it all the way to the end.
My hamstrings were sore from the run yesterday and they are sore right now.
8 miles today.
It felt really good to be going fast again. Now i'm more confident for the upcoming trial. I stuck right behind the Tri-force for the hills which felt pretty good. Legs felt good today. No pain in the foot or leg.
