This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. Herein, those associated with the team - or just those who want to be like us - can catch a glimpse of our workouts and how they have faired. I did the 2x5 min. threshold on thursday. It was weird running a workout again but I felt good. The runs are going well, my body feels a lot better now that I've had rest.
Well...I ran 4 miles on Saturday and then did 7 miles on Sunday. I havent run 7 for awhile so it felt a little long. Felt really good for the last 3 miles though. Finished week one with the goal mileage of 30. Right now I am just going to stick to base runs for at least another 2 weeks and then maybe start workouts. Right now work is pretty rough on the body and I am not trying to kill myself here.
