July 10 - July 16

This week starting monday I ran 5,8,4,4,6,6,and7. So I hit exactly 40 for the week. I'm feeling good, doing abs and pushups everyday.

Holy shit Boldt! You seem to be throwing down! This is incredible. I'm super excited that you have been training so well. Those long runs will help you out.
Adam, good to see you keeping it consistent and easy so far. Its nice to stay in control for the summer so that come November you don't feel like its already May.
TB, keep up the strength stuff. That will be a big factor in your improvement this next year.

I just got the internet here in Buffalo and it is very nice to be connected again. I hope to keep up with your progress this summer and throughout the year.

I have been giving myself a little break due to some tenderness in my achilles. Last week's mileage was only about 8. I think it might be tendonitis, though I'm hoping it is not; I'd like to get in enough shape so as to kick all of your asses at alumni. I miss you guys, its lonely without a team.
