very similar race to the loras 800 last week. got out in the front then slowed to come through the 400 in about :57-:58. both of us then put on a surge at the 400 mark and just basically finished as hard as we could. hardest race i have ran this year, but later that night i felt recovered and ready to go for tomorrow.
