short and sweet today. took both of the 400's very similar to race strategy pace and felt good with how it went. finished both of them on the pace without having to push hard at the end, which was nice.
time for rest.
my legs were really sore from yesterday but i managed to get the 400s in. Ran 58s for both of them. Didn't do a kick set, had enough of that yesterday i think. It was really hot even in the morning when i ran.
very happy with today especially after the frustrating day monday. felt strong and relaxed on all of the intervals. we are ready, we just have to get it done.
calf quite sore tonight but i am not concerned about it
