i suffered a lifting injury that took me out of commission for two days this week. on my last rep of the last set of hang cleans i jerked with my back and it did not feel good after that. its all good now, about to start back lifting today, probably stay away from heavy stuff.

going to be going to montana for a week on thurs. getting in a lot of miles early in the week to cover for travel time.
