I have been traveling this whole week, taking trains, sight seeing. Lots of walking but no running. Once I get home I will start up again.
I am traveling with two guys, they both go to La Crosse too. Europe is crazy expesive, but worth it. Rome was amazing, we are in Munich right now, just a little too early for oktoberfest! saw the grounds though, pretty cool.
knew i had some travel days ahead so hit it hard early, which probably wasnt the best idea, three runs in less than 24 hours didnt feel to good.

saturday was the first of my runs in montana, most of which were very hilly and the first few were worse due to the hazy smoke from all of the forest fires.
