This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. hit just over 30 miles for the week. i have only been running 5 days a week. 7 mile runs are now comfortable. i have been throwing short AT work into the longer runs.
Now that it is July it is time to get a little more serious. Will start with 40miles a week and work from their. I also began doing BMS and strength.
still five days a week as well. last week in the low 40's probably.

still lifting 3-4 days a week, less leg work though. and really the hardest work has been basketball about twice a week, that really takes a toll on my body. that will be cutting down too now due to the start of my summer class.
