Monday I ran out of time to run so I guess that will be the day off for the week. Tuesday I ran an early morning 6 miles. Wednesday I ran 5.5 miles after work. Starting to feel better running. I think I need to get new shoes though before I run into leg problems again. 11.5 miles for the week so far.
i have been having some awkward right knee problems. i am going to have it checked out. i was at 35 a week for about 4 weeks, took a week off, ran and it started hurting during the run, so taking another week off.
i ran 5 monday,4 tuesday, 5 wednesday, and today i did 2 by 5 min threshold. my right shin is starting to hurt again but thats nothing new. i'm going to try to get some longer runs in and hit 35 this week.
