It has been hard finding time to run, so the last 2 weeks have been basically nothing for me. Heitz has also been on and off because of his leg injury. I think I got my class/eating schedule down now so I should be able to get my runs in for the rest of the trip.
solid week for me. legs are really under me now.

the first AT was hard to finish, the second one was a lot easier. might take this next week down a notch cause i got a race sat. that i want to do well in.
