i took these three weeks completely off from running. however except for the first few days after, due to my immovable neck, i have been lifting about 5 days a week. i hope to continue this but it will be tough to maintain pushing myself in the wieghtroom when running 50 miles a weeks as well.
i figure we will just do a weekly post like last summer and report on what we did throughout the following week on the comments.
boldt, i am glad to see you are taking a leadership position so soon. this is what will make you the champion that you are born to be next season.
mouse, i sense, has been secretly training like a thief in the night. do not underestimate the power of nightly visits to happy hobby with the dudes.
