i did the following:
400 @ 57

i felt good in the final 400, but it's obviously because of all the rest. the point being that at LEAST I am on top of my rest, and probably out of the over-training barrel.
felt good. nice to do something longer than 200's and 300's. full rest between everything made it easy to hit times without fatigue. dropped the last 400 because the 2nd and 3rd ones were fast.
accomplished what i wanted.
good workout, the legs and energy felt good throughout the whole thing. put in a hard effort without draining the body.
