got pretty dehyrdated during this workout, and again, that felt like the main issue as it went on.
i'll again mention that the pace of 32 second 200s feels oddly comfortable. during the workout i couldn't tell if the fatigue in my legs was from all the leg-killing we have done in the last week and a half, or just from the 900s.
considering the scenario of last week, yesterday's workout and heat, i think today's tri-fecta of 900s is pretty decent.
there still exists an underlying leg fatigue
my legs never really felt that good during the workout, and my stomach felt ten times worse. despite these hinderences i think we still went about a fast as we could after the mon workout. both the mon and tues workout would have been close to the hardest workouts we did all of indoor and to do them back to back made it tough to get that second 900 down to the 2:04 pace that we wanted. even still i am happy with the work we put in, and my legs already feel better tonight than compared to last night. now if this stomach problem would just go away.
workout did not go well at all. the heat and intensity from yesterday left me completely drained. got through the first 900 but it felt hard. i dropped off after 600m (1:39) of the second one. at that point i had 0 energy and didnt even think i could run at all. ran the first three 300's. 48,44,44. i do not think i could have run those any faster. after that i did 3 miles total of cd.
8 miles for the day.
felt exhausted tonight and fell asleep for an hour earlier. this is a very stressful week of both school and running. i look forward to the weekend.
