felt great, check the distances on the AT's that we did on the mapping website and figured to be goin at about 5:30-5:40 pace on them. added on a little extra to make it 8 miles for the day and 29 for the week thus far. legs and shins slightly sore but otherwise the body feels much better, just a little tired, need more sleep.
felt good after some stretching, not sure if i could have done a 10min AT after doing at least 1 5min AT. non-stop action this week on the track
