the pace we ran at today (31.5s 200s) is very comfortable. the problem today was the heat.

half the battle is running the workouts, the other half is staying hydrated and healthy

legs were tired and fatigued after each one, while breathing was fine. still able to grind through it though.

tonight my whole body is tired and my legs are sore.

not overly difficult to get through. the heat was the killer. felt dehydrated half way through. lactic acid was building up towards the end. however, the last 600 was one of the easiest to get through.

trying to rehydrate tonight.
body is sore tonight.
