part of my cramping issue comes from horrible, explosive diarrhea that i have had for 5 days now, and it seems to be getting worse. i have been trying to pound water and electrolytes to compensate.
the workout was definitely a shocker, we finished with some hang cleans, bench, curls, and 1 other upper-body.

felt different to move like this again. nice to be on the big oval but there always is that wind.
didnt particularly feel good on any of the intervals...but i got it done. my form was definitely not good. i can tell my upper body is not strong right now.
i thought it was good that every interval was faster than the previous when with the exception of the last one. the last one we just got out a little slow and just couldnt get moving again. however, the the 1:20 still fell in the +10 - +15 target range.
leg fatigue and muscle cramps during the second to last 500 and on the cool down. i attribute it to being slightly dehydrated, but more so to the work we have done the last two days.
feels good to get going again.
overall i think it was a pretty good day.
tough day.
like mouse none of them felt really good but except the last 500's in the two set, none were too difficult. those last ones i was having a hard time finishing the last 200 or so.
legs are tired after, but as we have always done, killer stuff now so we can take it easy later.
