We ran at 8:30AM this morning, reverse rabbit trails and then worked the high school track meet.
Legs are sore from Friday's speedwork.

everything hurts from that workout yesterday. i took another nap today, and will go to bed early again
pretty sore from the week of workouts. pretty tired as well. not really a fan of early morning running. 5 miles is that far though so it went by quickly.
legs were sore at the beginning but felt better at the end.
