pretty light day. even though it was not difficult, my legs are a little sore right now. the next two easy days should be pretty nice after the week we have had.
i think this WORKOUT was a killer on the legs. sore, sure, legs TRASHED yes. but i am very glad we did it. i am for doing workouts that are hard to finish, especially at the beginning of the season, and that's what this week and certainly next week will bring.
at this point, i am still sick but i think i am beginning to get over the hump as of today. i should be in full force to 'shake and bake' boldter and mouse in next week's workouts
not a difficult run, but a day later the legs are sore and stiff form the sprints. it went well though, both the controlled AT's and fast sprints felt good.
