July 24 - July 30

I ran shithouse yesterday in 17:30. I felt okay and I think I can run faster. Next weekend I'll be running another 5k to try to break 17:00 for my first time. I had a total of 35 for the week.

Well I hit 35 this week taking one day off. I'm kinda excited for the shithouse 5k just to see what it feels like to race again.

July 10 - July 16

This week starting monday I ran 5,8,4,4,6,6,and7. So I hit exactly 40 for the week. I'm feeling good, doing abs and pushups everyday.

Week of June 26 to July 2

Hey guys. I'll start posting like this at the end of each week now. This week I started on the 60 mile build up plan that phil sent.
