This is me after the end of the mud run. Just so you have photographic proof that I'm alive and well.
This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. Herein, those associated with the team - or just those who want to be like us - can catch a glimpse of our workouts and how they have faired. Each day we will post a workout and comments will be accepted from all members of the team. Feel free to check it out.

LOL hummer that picture is awesome. But anyway the heat hasn't been too bad here for the last week. I ran another 5k on saturday but it didn't go as well as i'd hoped. I got excited and lead the first mile in like 5:18. By the last mile my legs just wouldn't go anymore and I ended up running 18:15. I don't think that reflects what I really can do. It was just a combination of staying up til 2 in the morning the night before and then going out too fast that hurt me.
However my training will be cut back for two weeks coming up here. I'm going down to Guatemala to visit my sister the 14th-28th. I figure i'll try to get some runs in but nothing much. I feel like I got some good miles in this summer though.
